To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 接老公放工,週圍揾食,記得係元朗食過魚米嘅煎比目魚,念念不忘,可惜再去已經執咗⋯⋯見到個餐牌仲有,當然要重溫舊夢!差唔多八點,人手非常不足,冇人帶位,枱面有條用過嘅牙籤⋯⋯老公冇潔癖,都忍唔住用左兩張消毒濕紙巾抹枱,然後用濕、乾紙巾抹餐具⋯⋯金髮男待應略帶鄉音(魚米嘅特色?好似譚仔⋯⋯),老實講,佢態度唔差,同幾勤力㗎⋯⋯叫左比目魚魚湯准山麵、肉燥雞扒飯、魚湯生菜、鹹檸七。大約等左三個字,個比目魚准山麵最先到,魚係炸唔再係煎的,少少失望,不過炸得乾身,魚皮香脆、肉嫰,份量唔少⋯⋯准山麵本身冇味,勝在浸耐左都唔會好淋,配魚湯幾夾⋯⋯湯底有少少韮菜、芽菜、腐皮⋯⋯$69,滿意!老公個飯就等左起碼半個鐘先到。周圍好多食客追單、甚至發脾氣取消柯打⋯⋯後來見到廚房出左好多外賣,應該係整唔切⋯⋯個肉燥雞扒飯睇落好一般,雞扒好似好乾好硬,冇碎上,櫃桶又冇刀⋯⋯不過老公話雞食落有味又炸得乾身,肉燥都ok,冇投訴。個生菜食到最後先嚟⋯⋯乜生菜唔係綠綠地嘅咩?!可以整到全部又軟又黃似娃娃菜,真係高難度!埋單14x,ok的,為左舊魚,應該會再幫襯!
