To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好吃的海南雞飯

這次又是在地熟客的推薦！！打工仔到午餐是最讓人煩惱的一件事每天都會碰到，中午吃什麼？？這次來到了「榮華南洋冰室」據熟客透露，這裡有份餐很出名看環境，還可以，位置算舒適推薦的餐就在這份菜單上「海南雞飯」$68塊包熱飲，凍飲加3塊這個價位...一般的打工仔如我，真的不能常吃不過嚐鮮還是要的很快就上桌了，沒等很久先吃了一口雞飯，這個真不錯飯有入味，調味很到位，淨吃飯我也沒問題左上角的醃菜有點像台式的泡菜酸酸甜甜，我喜歡，很開胃重點的雞腿肉，還去了骨雞肉軟嫩多汁，但是味道稍淡，可惜了一點有點碎骨在裡面，我的牙齒🦷...不過整體來說，味道挺好！推薦給大家！！

先吃了一口雞飯，這個真不錯
飯有入味，調味很到位，淨吃飯我也沒問題
左上角的醃菜
有點像台式的泡菜
酸酸甜甜，我喜歡，很開胃
重點的雞腿肉，還去了骨
雞肉軟嫩多汁，但是味道稍淡，可惜了一點
有點碎骨在裡面，我的牙齒🦷...
不過整體來說，味道挺好！
