To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講到呢一間以人像頭像做招牌非常令人有記憶點嘅大家食👨🏻由細個時候最鍾意都係食佢個茄蛋手攪麵🍜最近發現原來佢嘅酸辣湯底係勁好食㗎❤️辣度可以自由選小辣中辣大辣，雖然酸度就冇得調整～但最鍾意嘅就係佢個酸度係剛剛好！非常之惹味開胃～而且米線底亦都超級有驚喜！能吃得出的煙靭爽滑！不會過軟腍！自從發現咗佢個酸辣湯底有驚喜之後，宜家一星期最少都會去食一次😋～實在太鍾意佢個酸辣湯底❤️「🍜自選百搭麵 / $25」-🌶️加酸辣小辣 / $5 -🐮牛肉 / $7 -💛竹笙 / $7-🐔雞肉 / $7-🐷鹹腩肉 / $6同埋佢哋嘅過山雞小食都係很推薦👍🏻-🐔過山雞 / $15 （細份）-🥤跟麵餐凍飲 / $9 （加配價）
