牛有分不同部位都可以吃的,香港人會把它們稱為牛什,健康理由又不是人人愛吃的,但喜歡上的人是會上引的。呢度的牛腩做得非常之好的,夠軟熟夠香夠蘇,怕肥的人可以改叫瘦腩,都是這個效果的而且少了一份油膩感。追加的墨魚鬚,夠爽脆新鮮,口感也一流!牛肺粗麵,牛肺新鮮冇臭味夠入味,爽爽的口感,又吾會漏,小諞我也一嚿接一嚿拋入口中,配上粗麵,一流配搭!
