To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好吃量足，但吃完拉肚子

本来想吃兰州牛肉面，发现换成了湖南米粉，也不错，所以周末来連續吃了三次，味道很好的，很正宗，量也很足。小炒肉粉、牛肉粉、炒粉都很不错，臭豆腐也很好吃。量也很足，在香港的内地特色餐厅里面肯定算得上性价比之选了。但是不知道是不是只有我一个人吃完之后拉肚子了好几天。一般吃很辣只会当天拉肚子而已，但这个真的四五天，而且吃的时候并没有觉得有多辣，我不确定是食品卫生问题还是可能有某些食材不适合我的肠胃，但是确实不敢再轻易吃了。
