嚟到荃灣呢一度就發覺同之前嘅荃灣好唔同,除咗多咗商店進駐之外另外對於食嘅嘢亦都真係多咗唔少選擇, 至起碼唔使經常只係掃街咁簡單。對於西餐我自己不嬲都係咁鍾意,比起中菜反而會多咗少少儀式感,係一個寧靜嘅環境同三五知己成群去食,的確係寫意嘅享受The Base Nature 主打嘅就係對食材嘅原始執着,主力於唔需要好多花款都整到簡簡單單嘅西餐。首先要推介嘅就係慢煮日本南國元氣雞胸沙律,千祈唔好以為只係普通沙律再加啲雞胸就等於同我哋平時自己整到嘅一樣。佢呢一款雞胸首先係經過慢煮所以先完全將肉汁鎖死喺入邊,因為本身雞胸好容易就會老化所以用慢煮嘅手法既可以食到亂畫嘅雞胸另外亦都可以將營養保留到最大嘅限度,味道當然係鮮甜同埋爽滑啦,唔需要太多額外嘅將已經將雞嘅原始味道擴散咗出嚟,呢個亦都係慢煮同平時普通煎炒煮炸唔同嘅地方就係在於用時間來換取口感同埋味道喺有機沙律入邊都仲有藜麥同埋巴馬芝士碎增強味道,芥末沙律汁令沙律嘅新鮮度大大提高,平時食沙律嘅原因主要都係貪佢幾清新又健康,食過一次呢一度嘅沙律令我感覺到最簡單嘅配搭已經可以獲取最大嘅喜悅同埋飽肚感另外都介紹吓甜品啦今次就叫咗紅桑莓芝士蛋糕,藍妹芝士

另外都介紹吓甜品啦今次就叫咗紅桑莓芝士蛋糕,藍妹芝士蛋糕或者士多啤梨芝士蛋糕應該都成日見但紅桑莓用來做芝士蛋糕嘅配搭似乎自己都未試過。要強調呢度並非採用果醬嚟做上面嗰層醬,而真係會親手炮製並以紅桑莓果肉作為主要素材,單憑味道就已經分得出。 至於芝士嗰一層就完美咁樣將忌廉芝士同埋cream融合埋一齊,令到軟硬度基本上同紅桑莓徙嗰一層不相伯仲,我認為咁樣先可以做到連貫咁而並非果肉還果肉芝士還芝士,軟硬度適中嘅配搭先可以相影得彰
