見到網上嘅推介,今次就去咗間位於中環嘅正宗日式炭烤料理餐廳享用午餐。餐廳係由擁有近40年經驗的日籍主廚江藤先生 監督,貫徹日本傳統料理認真追求及製作嚴謹的精神,當中嘅新鮮鰻魚都係由日本直送㗎。既然係咁,我就當然要試吓呢度嘅鰻魚!鰻魚串燒定食喺食主食之前,餐廳有奉送到前菜㗎,前菜就有鰻魚啫喱同蒸蛋。餐廳建議先食啫喱,再食蒸蛋。鰻魚啫喱嘅骨膠原夠晒重,而且有鰻魚在內㗎,真材實料。蒸蛋口感滑溜,入面同樣足料。餐廳有提供七味粉,俾你點串燒食。同埋餐廳嘅串燒係炭火即烤㗎,食之前可以先加青檸。豚蘆笋卷蘆筍吸收豚肉嘅油脂,中和咗兩者食材嘅差異。個人覺得呢個配搭好新鮮,值得一試!雞胸肉紫蘇卷入面夾紫蘇葉呢個配搭好特別,紫蘇葉嘅香味滲入雞胸肉,越食越開胃。淡路洋蔥串今次係我第一次食洋蔥串。洋蔥口感爽脆,帶出洋蔥的甜味,都中和左當中嘅辣味。雞腿串雞腿串完全冇骨真係啱晒我,燒過之後嘅口感一啲都唔柴,保留咗當中嘅肉汁。白燒鰻魚串食完嘅感想就係超滿足,日本直送嘅新鮮鰻魚真係好高質素。鰻魚皮燒過之後好脆,肉質夠嫩滑,且口感軟淰,另外鰻魚嘅鮮味都好濃郁。如果大家都鍾意食日式傳統炭烤餐廳,就一定要過嚟食啦。餐廳真係好
