心血來潮想吃泰國料理,和朋友即往西貢吃泰式海南雞飯+咸肉+豬頸肉,半打沙爹,我朋友則點了雞絲问粉,再加碟豬大腸一次滿足我需要。雞絲飯雞絲嫩滑,咸肉脆香,猪頸肉只是普通。在這裡吃飯最重要是醬汁,微辣帶點酸的醬汁讓我胃口大開,半打沙爹因朋友不吃牛,只點了猪和雞,沙爹燒得肉香味濃。這的食物多年仍保持一貫的美味,尤其是豬大腸,總是讓我卻罷不能。這店開了3O多年,我也吃了廿多年,老闆娘也由少婦變老婦,這店經歷了沙士,19暗黑之年,新冠肺炎卻敵不過24年,還有半個月就要結業,好吃的小店又少一間。
