Hong Kong Style Tea Restaurant Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日好餓，所以搵一間餐廳食個下午茶餐。揀左一間港式茶記，近工廠區所以價錢好抵。雙拼下午茶連餐飲大約$36。叫左炸魚拼沙律，炸魚外脆內多肉汁，有魚味，好新鮮。沙律多生果及蔬菜粒，有口感又好味。今次仲叫炸批拼西多，炸批要加錢，非常大件，味道好好，外皮夠脆，內裏雞肉多汁嫩滑，又夠入味，即叫即炸，熱熱的，好正！西多係三粒，中間好多花生醬，重口味。糖醬自己加，同牛油都可自己控制份量。上次食炸豬扒，塊扒大過半隻碟，好抵食。另外瑞士雞翼都正，夠晒入味，雞翼入面的雞肉好嫩滑。飲品方面叫左熱奶茶，多奶好香滑。凍檸茶甜度適中，唔錯。下午茶來講，價錢好抵，算係超值，服務好好，坐得又好舒服，又唔駛等位，一定會再來食。
