見門外啲意粉相好吸引,諗住都係啲只供參考求其食啦,點知……又係一眼睇哂嘅舖面,7張二人枱。門口幾塊透明膠布叫做hold住舖內唔係幾夠凍嘅冷氣,所以見隔離街坊都吹住自備風扇仔堂食。牆上掛咗好多較boyish裝飾,搏擊會、死侍之類電影海報。坐得係唔舒服,有椅背靠牆梳化位只得4個,其餘汽水蓋面嘅凳自問臀部過大會隨時坐跌。驚喜就嚟——僅盛惠$50嘅「日式照燒汁蜆肉意粉伴蟹籽」,啲蟹籽份量多嘅程度係日式超市買嘅十幾廿蚊現成蟹籽咁上下!而且蟹籽好有光澤唔係某啲外賣壽司店放咗幾日啞咗色嘅質素。用叉翻一翻,蜆肉雖然拇指指甲咁上下大,但數量不少,用嘅鰹魚味日式燒汁炒得好濕潤好夠味。「招牌黑松露卡邦尼意粉」又係坦蕩蕩一大匙黑松露醬喺面,煙肉條密集,又係收$50碟用料量繼續重鎚。白汁底調較得好奶香,質素不輸裝潢靚舖收一百蚊碟仲要加一嘅意粉。😋😋梳打系列豐儉由人,如唔要水果肉就跟餐$12杯,要果肉就正價$20。
