上個月去食,係因為睇到蔡lan在壹周刊的食評.其實我唔係咁鍾意食車仔麵,所以叫咗個粥餐($26),一碗粥加菜,飲品或者煎腸粉.阿妹碗車氣麵叫做okay啦,最好食係蘿蔔.我個餐碗粥,比我想像中好味(食後唔口乾,證明味精唔多),但碟腸粉呢,哇.....! 點解咁好味ge? 唔理個肚有幾飽,一於整多碟先點知阿姐話齋叫一碟腸粉成三十幾蚊......,我地有啲猶疑,「係咪好大碟架?」「咪同你地頭先食嗰碟一樣囉.」我地心諗咁貴ge,唔叫就算啦.不過猶自心思思.「不如叫個餐吖」又驚食唔哂,折墮.於是問阿姐:「可唔可以叫粥餐,但唔食粥,淨食腸粉加奶茶?」「梗得啦」唉!你早啲講,我地兩個就唔使考慮咁耐啦.昨日再幫襯,決心叫個招牌雞翼炒丁($42)&.....粥餐自由配搭版的"腸粉加奶茶"($26)....今次知埞啦腸粉先到,個賣相,哇!仲靚過上次,煎得帶焦的腸粉上面舖滿青葱,蝦米,雞蛋. 比酒樓啲齋煎粉好幾萬倍,我覺得最簡單ge餸其實最難整,一碟咁普通的腸粉可以變成咁色香味俱全的美食 應該花咗唔少心思,10個讚.碟炒丁不愧係佢的鎮店名菜,一啲都冇失禮佢ge招牌,我地叫的size是例牌,已經好大碟,有

腸粉先到,個賣相,哇!仲靚過上次,煎得帶焦的腸粉上面舖滿青葱,蝦米,雞蛋. 比酒樓啲齋煎粉好幾萬倍,我覺得最簡單ge餸其實最難整,一碟咁普通的腸粉可以變成咁色香味俱全的美食 應該花咗唔少心思,10個讚.

碟炒丁不愧係佢的鎮店名菜,一啲都冇失禮佢ge招牌,我地叫的size是例牌,已經好大碟,有四隻雞翼,足夠兩個女仔share有突,(好在冇聽佢講要大碟啫),碟麵除咗雞翼之外,仲有好多惹味的洋蒽葱,芽菜,九菜,辣椒,蛋絲,食完個碟底係乾的,一滴油都冇,你話個師傅功力幾勁.

至於待應的態度,係有啲神神化化,講埋啲爛gag,不過我又唔係好介意,冇惡意就得啦,旺角龍蛇混集,可以係咁至生存到啩,我估.
