To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同阿哥同男朋友去咗深井咖喱寶試吓，估唔到平日嘅lunch係有套餐，大價錢都唔平，我哋一行三人叫咗兩個套餐同兩個小食。我哋叫咗牛油雞套餐、咖喱牛腩套餐、咖喱角，Chicken tikka。套餐係包餐湯, 飲品及飯/ naan bread 侍應好好見我哋叫兩個set，但都俾咗三碗湯我哋。是日餐湯是胡椒忌廉湯，有啲似中式胡椒豬肚湯mix 西式忌廉湯，我就覺得有啲奇怪。成餐飯最好食係Chicken tikka , 佢用鐵板上，香料味恰到好處，亦都煎都好脆！咖喱牛腩正常，牛油雞就唔太似出邊牛油雞，反而似chicken curry masala …naan bread 跟飯配有汁既餸一流！呢間餐廳十分高質，不過以平日嘅lunch來講我會期望佢嘅價錢會再平少少，呢餐三個人食咗四百幾蚊，都算幾貴。
