店舖雖小。餐牌上種類繁多, 很適合香港人的性格。活池魚王剌身: 薄可見碟底,清爽,油脂不少,蘸酸汁能減油鮨的油膩 提升魚的清新味覺😋。活帆立貝: 色澤晶瑩透光,鮮甜爽口,口腔满是鮮味👍。金目鯛: 油脂適中,肉質細腻,加上上面的梅口感很夾。梅真鯛: 魚味濃郁,肉質清爽,加上紫蘇花走吃,一陣陣紫蘇花香味。A4 和牛: 入口即溶,牛味重,再多的形容詞也不能形容😋。原條赤血引: 别名又叫赤鯖,從日本✈到港,新鮮。油脂不多,但魚肉軟 滑, 鹽燒剛恰到好處。鵝肝多士: 鵝肝厚切,燒得外脆甘香,多士脆口鬆化,真是要擘大口才吃到😄。天婦羅: 蝦新鮮彈牙,其它蔬菜也炸得不錯😀。
