已經今個星期食第三次嘅東北菜,每次同朋友商量食咩嗰陣,都會諗起呢度嘅片皮鴨,因為又好味又抵食!今次仲試咗涼拌豬耳,醉雞,雞絲粉皮,紅油抄手,同埋高力豆沙。每一道餸味道適中,又唔會太油膩,其中最欣賞係紅油抄手,又唔會太辣,又香,所以話近期食過最好味嘅紅油抄手! 另外高力豆沙蛋白餡好軟,配合豆沙簡直天衣無縫! 諗起都想再食!
