以前仲係網店嘅時候,就有支持佢嘅鏡面蛋糕。最近朋友生日,咁啱佢又好鍾意食焦糖海鹽,咁就買咗舖頭入邊呢一款蛋糕做生日禮物。打卡嚟講真係都幾唔錯,幾鍾意佢嘅lotus餅困住蛋糕邊。雖然面頭嘅餅乾已經唔脆,但邊位嘅餅乾碎仲係脆卜卜,令到成個蛋糕嘅口感唔會太單調。海綿蛋糕都夠晒濕潤,而因為加咗海鹽嘅緣故,啲忌廉都唔會太甜,覺得啱啱好,但如果係鍾意食好多忌廉嘅朋友就未必啱呢一款蛋糕。四個人一齊分享其實都幾夠食,抵買!
