To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼續發掘平民高汁西餐廳。仲記得第一次喺呢度食嘅時候,係樣樣都想試❣️最終揀咗芝士焗法式紅酒香茅牛肉配珍珠飯,熱辣辣嘅牛肉咬落去超淋,仲有濃濃嘅芝士香,好坦白講食到番薯同蘿蔔嘅味道多過紅酒🙈,不過只係$58嚟講,CP值得真好高,呢間我應該會係咁回頭,慢慢試埋佢menu上其他食物😋
