To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這兒的午餐性價比不錯，合共有八款，價錢由$82-$138。今天試百両定食$82這個定食都幾抵食，有五件壽司、兩隻炸蝦，仲有烏冬。炸蝦炸得十分香脆，而且幾乾身，冇乜油膩嘅感覺，味道鮮美。三文魚壽司十分肥美；而赤身壽司的味道亦幾ok;白身魚味道比較淡口；蟹籽壽司拌以沙律醬又幾滋味；加洲卷口感爽脆；這樣的壽司組合都幾多元化。食完壽司再食下烏冬。烏冬口感滑溜，而且都有口感，加上清清地嘅木魚湯底，都幾啱夏天食。即磨咖啡$8見到即磨咖啡只是加$8真係好抵飲，一定要試吓。即磨咖啡後味道甘醇，加埋香滑嘅忌廉奶，整體都幾唔錯。
