今日同朋友下午逛深水埗,見到有間外型仿懷舊的冰室好多人排隊,再上Openrice 睇食評不錯又排隊食~ 店內裝潢精緻,每個角落都精心佈置過,加分!黑松露炒蛋多士,蛋香嫩滑,重點是黑松露多而香,再配上牛油厚多士,口感層次豐富,平民價嚐到酒店級水準,抵食!芝士豬頸肉撈丁,豬頸肉肉質肥美唔韌,芝士汁多而香濃,食到最後一口也不覺得乾身泛味。焗芝士海鮮保齡球,賣相吸引,芝士味同上一樣香,麵包外脆內軟,但海鮮味道略淡,被芝士味完全蓋過,而且份量略少,只有麵包的1/3 。老鳳雞翼,嚐到滷水的鹹,芝麻及香蔥的香,但肉質偏腍,唔算驚喜。蜜椒雞翼,相比老鳳雞翼,外脆內嫩得多,蜜糖多而甜,黑胡椒香而帶微辣,甜甜辣辣,好似BBQ的雞翼加上黑椒調味更惹味!飛仔阿華田,一次過食到又飲到香甜濃郁的阿華田,好味~另點了原味波波奶茶,似食緊很濃的奶茶味的思樂冰,好特別且有好多粒,可以同朋友Share~整體味道GOOD又飽肚,價錢大眾化,排隊再吃也是值得的 ~
