To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工到晚飯時間，又與同事到駱駝漆搵食😙，大家都想吃台灣菜🤗，就去我們近期經常吃的五月星牛肉麵。必吃招牌紅燒牛肉麵$73，另外還有糖醋豬軟骨鹵肉飯$68、刈包$32、麻辣鴨血$32、黃金皮蛋$15、黑糖撞奶$28和珍珠奶茶$28。🔸🔸⭕招牌紅燒牛肉麵🍜～牛肉軟腍入味，湯底好濃，辣辣地，推介😍👍🏻。⭕糖醋豬軟骨鹵肉飯🍛～糖醋豬軟骨炆得軟綿容易入口，酸酸甜甜好開胃，再配上香氣濃郁的鹵肉，拌飯很好吃。⭕刈包🥠～即叫即整的刈包，今次味道比上次還要好，夾著肥豬肉、香花生粒和酸菜，又是必點推介。⭕麻辣鴨血🧆～麻辣鴨血香濃滑嫩，麻辣味濃郁。⭕黃金皮蛋～黃金皮蛋清澈透明，微酸搭配皮蛋的鮮滑爽口，絕對是美味的小菜。⭕黑糖撞奶🥤～上次飲過覺得唔錯，今次再點，奶味入口順滑，黑糖甜度適中，感覺比上次更好飲。⭕珍珠奶茶🥤～茶味香濃，珍珠口感煙韌。觀塘區美食多，五月星牛肉麵是這區有質素的台式料理餐廳。✨✨✨
