To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

長沙灣小店，（香港仔潮州海鮮酒家）有驚喜～炒麵線干身香口，非常好食😋滷水三寶，鵝肝（滑）鵝腸（爽脆）鵝胸（香），魚蒸得滑，蒜苗腰果炒蝦仁炒得干身，送酒一流～扒豆苗份量多到食唔曬，超嫩，難得系道道菜味道清爽，唔鹹亦唔會口渴，個糯米飯不得了，香糯鮮香，飽到上心口還能吃兩碗，半席六個人完全食唔曬～很滿足，感覺到店家用心做食物嘅心意，店員服務殷勤有人情味，分享給大家～🤗尼間店中午還有特價午市餐，粉面都係48蚊左右，加五蚊還有一碟菜加～送嘅例湯還是燉嘅非常好飲，唔飲汽水選擇例湯絕對值得，很用心的店鋪。
