燒鵝上庄$100叉燒食肥$50 .有個朋友住喺佐敦,佢話呢度嘅叉燒同燒鵝都好食,所以買返屋企試吓😁.去到差唔多五點左右估唔到有好多人應該係買緊下午茶,我自己嘅目標好明確,就係叉燒同燒鵝😄.餐廳都額外提示話個燒鵝可以入焗爐烘熱,個皮會更脆更好食,好多燒味舖都唔會同你講呢啲,我覺得呢度有一種人情味😁.烘完之後個皮真係幾脆,印象中冇食過呢種燒鵝嘅口感,而且唔會乾有肉汁,even 骨位都唔會太咸,隻鵝仲要肥瘦適中,同埋佢有陣樟茶鴨嘅香味,同其他燒鵝嘅味道有少少唔同,幾特別,而且外賣個燒鵝汁仲會另上,唔會怕長期浸住太咸😌.至於個叉燒就梗係食肥叉啦,佢俾咗半肥瘦,有油香之餘又唔會太肥,佢每一舊都唔會切得太薄或者太厚,咬落去適中有口感,而且每一圍都比醬汁包圍住,食落去係滿滿嘅蜜糖香味🤗.CP值及夠飽份量都幾夠,而且價錢唔貴☺️.翻啅我屋企人盛讚我今次買咗好嘢,下次一定會再買👍🏽
