呢日做冬,做冬一定要食好豐富嘅晚餐,你今年做到我哋就留喺屋企食,因為喺屋企食嘅關係,我哋每人各自都買咗唔同嘅外賣返去一齊食!我就負責斬料,喺呢間陶園燒臘舖,買咗燒鵝,燒排骨,屋企人都話好好食!呢間燒味舖個門口仲有一隻勁大嘅燒鵝着住件侍應嘅衫,好搶眼!一睇就已經搵到呢間鋪!佢嘅燒鵝肥瘦分明,唔會話太肥搞到食落口成口油,而燒排骨嘅蜜汁味都好香!感覺上都非常之抵食!我見到佢嘅下午茶餐有先華奶粉食,都只係$45 ,非常之抵,如果下次同我食我都會考慮試吓呢個燒鵝瀨粉,因為佢嘅燒鵝都幾出色!

之前行過佐敦都成日見到呢個吉祥物「燒鵝員工」所以對呢間舖頭嘅印象都幾深刻今日再經過,就決定喺呢間度斬料加餸啦睇吓佢胸肌幾勁,就嚟爆衫咁滯呀💪其實小心地滑個牌係咪驚啲人撞親佢?🤪佢啲燒味擺出嚟,都幾靚見到佢啲叉燒幾靚,所以嗌咗分半肥瘦叉燒同埋佢嘅招牌荔枝柴燒鵝相係影唔到呢個半肥瘦叉燒嘅冧但食落口甜味適中,加上口感好冧屋企人都話跨區買都值得,可以再encore而佢哋招牌嘅荔枝柴燒鵝一打開個盒真係一陣香味湧晒出嚟依陣嘅香味係食燒鵝嘅時候,亦都會食到啲燒鵝有啲食唔晒,放喺雪櫃再煮返熱都好香仲有嗰陣柴燒味除咗燒臘之外,亦都有其他滷水嘢食斬料加餸一流仲有下午茶都幾抵食,下次可以試吓整體來講味道好正,值得再encore

今日去開佐敦寶靈街排檔,竟然在後街見到個"爆肌型廚"!喺一間叫陶園燒臘飯店門外,有隻巨型燒鵝守門口,十分吸睛。原來呢度嘅荔枝柴秘製脆皮燒鵝最馳名,我就決定今晚斬料加餸,買咗燒鵝下庄($130),同埋叉燒($50),兩樣都係呢度嘅皇牌。事頭婆叫我下次可以試下鹵鵝,話一樣都咁有水準。返到屋企,打開盒鵝,已聞到陣陣鵝香,食嘅時候,覺得d鵝皮嘅荔枝柴香好突出,鵝肶裏面竟然有好多肉汁形成嘅啫喱,食落好juicy,鵝肉滑溜無渣,肉味香濃,鵝皮香口但唔燶,平時食燒鵝會覺得內膽好咸,但陶園嘅鵝一啲都唔咸,食到鵝的肉香,真係要個"讚"。我平時食嘢口味唔重,所以冇點附送嘅燒鵝汁。至於叉燒算好抵食又好食,$50大大盒。叉燒一啲都唔肥,但食落冇渣,仲食到麵豉醬嘅香味。今晚煮碟菜,斬料做餸,簡簡單單又一餐。下次會試下買鹵鵝。
