To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

揸住架車行錯路去咗白田，見架車又污糟邋遢咁啱又有得洗車吸塵，咁就擺低架車，但係要等半個鐘至九個字，咁無理由喺到呆等，於是就係附近睇吓有無嘢食食住個晏嚟等。搵到有間車仔麵，見到入面有兩個中學生，就諗起以前讀中學時成日食車仔麵，都想回味一下，咁就行咗入去。睇咗一陣點餸紙，餸菜款色都幾多，而我一向食車仔麵都係比較鍾意佢哋自家製嘅餸料，揀吓揀吓都原來都揀咗八個餸，為免食唔哂做大嘥鬼，所以走咗個底只係要淨餸。自選餸揀咗嘅有豬紅、陳皮魚蛋、秘製牛坑腩、秘製鳳爪、蠔油冬菇、秘製豬腸、醬汁魷魚同埋滷水雞翼。牛坑腩夠淋夠入味，好食秘製鳳爪都好夠味，無牙婆都可以放心食豬腸洗得好乾淨，夠入味，可以放心食醬汁魷魚爽口滷水雞翼都好夠味又唔會過咸蠔油冬菇好似BB皮膚咁滑我個人覺得好味過深水埗好出名嗰間

牛坑腩夠淋夠入味，好食
秘製鳳爪都好夠味，無牙婆都可以放心食
豬腸洗得好乾淨，夠入味，可以放心食
醬汁魷魚爽口
滷水雞翼都好夠味又唔會過咸
蠔油冬菇好似BB皮膚咁滑

我個人覺得好味過深水埗好出名嗰間
