To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日好想食酸菜魚就即刻搵個都鍾意食嘅朋友一齊去食，朋友介紹呢間酸菜魚好食，咁我哋就選擇去呢間食，我哋大約晚上7:00去食，唔駛排隊，一入到去店員就叫我哋隨便坐，我哋食到差唔多一半嘅時候，啲人開始陸續嚟食，幾乎坐滿人咁滯，好彩我哋早去食，如果再晏啲可能就要排隊，店員服務態度都好好，我哋問佢邊隻酸菜魚好食，佢就好詳細介紹我哋食鱸魚或者桂花魚，我哋聽完佢意見，就選擇食鱸魚，叫左少辣，同埋咸肉菜花，整體兩味餸都好食，我同朋友食得好滿意。
