To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工約埋幾個大學同學食飯,因為想食中菜嘅關係,我地揀左去長沙灣嘅人氣大排檔大中華飯店。.由長沙灣C出口出,向荔枝角方向行大約5-10分鐘就到。去到附近,你就會見到一系列嘅大中華餐廳,有小食店、甜品店等等,係甜品店嘅轉彎就會見到大中華飯店正門口。無論有無訂枱,都係要去正門口攞枱,星期六日比較full,所以最好訂左位先黎。我地今次有訂枱又係平日夜晚,所以就完全唔洗等位。.呢到落單係半自助形式,入座嘅時候會有張單,你係單上面寫低想叫嘅餸菜,然後就交出去頭先攞位個counter到就得。要買酒水都係要過去大中華甜品隔離嘅士多到買。.大中華有兩大名菜係一定要試,分別係鐵板黑椒豬手同土匪雞,我地當然有叫啦!我地另外叫左蠔餅、西蘭花炒豬頸肉同鼓椒炒花甲。.我一向麻麻地食中式豬手,但係之前同屋企人黎食過呢到嘅豬手之後,一試愛上啲豬皮好厚身好腍,食落有滿滿骨膠原嘅感覺!而且個黑椒汁十分惹味,用黎餸飯一流!土匪雞上碟嘅時候係串係鐵枝上面,估計燒嘅時候已經係咁,因為碟上面無厚厚嘅雞油,而且燒得好平均,成隻雞都皮脆肉嫩🤤唯一美中不足係個醬太咸,試左一啖之後就無用啦,因為其實本身都夠味🙈蠔餅我嫌個炸粉味道一般,不
