To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約咗朋友APM睇戲經過見到幾吸引就入去試吓,見最抵食係大阪燒,有自選配料一至三樣揀,我揀咗豬肉同魷魚,雖然同我喺日本食有少少唔同,但好足料好好味,見廚師職場鐵板銀鱈魚,所以就order左但係同廚師整嘅又唔同樣,不過都好好食,煎得啱啱好,佢有啲貴嘅一人套餐同當日廚師Special,可能啲魚都有唔同,但我唔係好捨得食,所以嗌多個姜燒豚肉石頭飯就算😋,兩人多數都會安排坐吧枱,可以睇到廚師鐵板燒😝都幾好又唔係好大油煙,總共三樣嘢加埋唔夠$300,又唔貴喎仲好飽添。整體三樣都好食冇失望。
