To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次食過下午茶，今日係呢頭有嘢搞，決定走去食個午飯。午餐K 四川怪味雞菜飯（$56），支裝白豆漿（$4）微酸少辣，多重味道，個人都幾鐘意呢個醬汁。雞肉尚算嫩滑。菜飯好好味，唔會濕淋淋，除咗菜，仲有菇。小籠包（$30），熱辣辣，皮OK薄，有肉汁，Good。生煎包（$28），即制（差唔多食哂嘢先上枱），包面鬆軟，包底香口，肉汁稍少，OK。
