朋友帶我黎食飯,聽個名原以為係食打冷。呢到有各式潮洲菜的「腌」「凍」水產,也有「鹵水」,還有一些小炒,比凈食打冷多左選擇。京燒蝦碌好好食,有著濃濃的茄汁味。蝦雖未除殼,改嚮背部開,令蝦肉更能沾上配料的香味。熱騰騰的煲,將這味潮式啫啫通菜的香氣溢出,能夠帶起食慾,而且通菜的份量頗多。混醬雞煲用熱鑊上枱,蒜辣也是香噴墳的,其秘制混醬也腌得很入味。xo醬炒腸粉本身已很惹味,加上加了少量的細隻蝦乾,好正!
