今日經過旺角,突然間想食牛腩,經過咁啱見到有間九鼎記,望望餐牌就入去試吓先店員好快就過嚟幫我落單,親切有禮叫咗淨餸崩沙牛腩再加埋一碗南乳豬手河崩沙腩($170)份量唔少底下有唐生菜底崩沙牛腩牛味甚濃,筋膜相連,有少少脂肪,入後即溶,牛味,徘徊口腔唐生菜,有腩汁相伴,翠綠爽口南乳豬手河($40)豬手炆得夠腍,有陣陣嘅南乳味,膠質甚豐富河粉,份量唔少,夠滑索盡豬手湯嘅味,同湯一齊食用係完美配合溫馨提示:鋪內嘅辣椒油好香,但係都幾辣門面光鮮,入邊大部份都係卡位,有兩張圓枱座位唔會太迫
