To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次喺呢間國金軒食晚飯,上次係兩年前同媽媽慶生,當時覺得食物質素好,所以今次再嚟。可能因為最近環境問題,令食肆晚飯生意少咗,見我哋有11位就安排入房坐,以我所知平時訂廳房有最低消費,所以今次星期六嚟無最低消費有房坐都幾好彩。本來想食和牛,但侍應就推介無花果羅勒牛肉,做法其他地方較少食到,幾特別。魚就食咗原條東星斑兩食—XO醬蘆筍炒斑球同陳村粉蒸頭腩,味道唔錯。爵士湯做得唔及西苑好,無咩特別。屋企人覺得個松露野菌炆伊麵最好味,我就覺得啫啫唐生菜夠香夠惹味。因為知道我哋係為長老慶生,侍應好貼心送咗甜品,係萬壽果燉雪耳,清甜滋潤。整體食物質素相當唔錯,而侍應服務亦算殷勤,只係上菜時間太長,由落單到埋單差不多兩個半鐘,可能高級食府係咁,只係我呢啲平民百姓唔習慣。
