To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前疫情期間喺上水食過一人燒肉，覺得好好味，一直覺得大埔好似冇呢方面嘅選擇，直至到燒肉like裝修已經好想去試。我哋係佢開張第二個禮拜先去試，點餐嘅時候用手機落單，店員招呼好好。食物未黎之前，嗰個爐係超級乾淨，你會見到就算發熱線下面個爐底都係好乾淨，即係證明佢夜晚收舖之後，真係會連個爐底都有洗👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我哋叫咗五花肉300 g套餐，同埋五花肉牛舌150 g套餐。300 g嗰個餐好抵食，超多肉，食極都食唔晒，咁開頭驚嗌五花肉有啲肥，但係食落又OK，唔太肥，唔會太過油膩。反而牛脷即使薄切咗，都有少少靭。環境方面非常好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻因為舖頭門面夠開揚，燒完都冇一大浸味，就算頭髮都冇燒肉味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻見到店員清潔得好乾淨，所以會放心，下次再嚟食😋😋😋
