香港越南餐廳唔算好多,今次食既呢間起灣仔,起正修頓球場對面,地點超方便!今次黎左呢度食午餐!越男仔火車頭牛骨湯河粉$72湯底有濃厚既牛骨味,唔會好味精!有牛丸、牛栢葉、沙嗲牛肉、生牛肉!呢款抵食,因為一碗可以試齊唔同材料!牛丸比街食既牛肉味重,牛栢葉無內臟既腥味,沙嗲牛肉既沙嗲味較濃,略微蓋過牛肉既鮮味,生牛肉好嫩滑,好味!食午餐可以加錢換唔同既小食!呢個招牌原隻軟殼蟹(跟餐$88)好多人推介,所以試下!真係原隻上,軟殼蟹炸得夠脆,但唔會油淋淋!蟹本身都幾大隻同好多膏!加上上面既炸蒜粒一齊食就更香口我地兩個人鐘意食小食多過粉麵,所以叫得一個粉,三個小食!法式芝心蝦多士(正價$46)蝦多士入面真係幾多芝士!蝦膠打得夠爽口,炸完之後,芝士半溶狀態就更正海膽手撕雞檬紙卷(正價68)呢個檬紙卷入面包左好多蔬菜同手撕雞,調味唔錯,海膽屬新鮮,無腥味,呢個配撘幾新穎,又幾夾!最後朋友試左越式拉茶,我試左香茅薑蜜!香茅薑蜜好足料,一望已經知!天氣開始轉涼,飲呢杯野暖下胃好舒服!

湯底有濃厚既牛骨味,唔會好味精!
有牛丸、牛栢葉、沙嗲牛肉、生牛肉!
呢款抵食,因為一碗可以試齊唔同材料!
牛丸比街食既牛肉味重,
牛栢葉無內臟既腥味,
沙嗲牛肉既沙嗲味較濃,略微蓋過牛肉既鮮味,
生牛肉好嫩滑,好味!

真係原隻上,軟殼蟹炸得夠脆,但唔會油淋淋!
蟹本身都幾大隻同好多膏!
