To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味抵食車仔麵

由於係石硤尾返工，當初咁岩發現呢間價錢親民嘅車仔麵，就決定試下，點知一試就變左返工嘅飯堂。難得車仔麵有銀針粉，第一次就揀銀針粉，醬汁有好多選擇，個人認為冬菇汁、炸蒜同辣菜脯係最好食，至於辣汁就略為唔夠辣。除左基本粉麵外，另有菜底(菜心同生菜)可以選擇，健康之選😋

難得車仔麵有銀針粉，第一次就揀銀針粉，醬汁有好多選擇，個人認為冬菇汁、炸蒜同辣菜脯係最好食，至於辣汁就略為唔夠辣。
