To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

泰國菜通常最多都係去九龍城食,但經過左今次之後,我會選擇黎呢間泰基隆食。話說今日同老婆行西九龍,行到咁上下係附近搵食,見到呢間新開張,就入去試下。呢到裝飾左好多富泰國特色既畫像同飾物,鋪面面積需小,但五臟俱全之後我地就睇餐牌點野食,我地分別點左泰式炸蝦餅、泰式冬陰公炸餃子、泰式豬肉碎生菜包、泰式炒金邊粉。炸蝦餅熱辣辣外脆內軟,好味呢個冬陰公炸餃子係店員推介俾我哋嘅,外皮脆脆的,肉餡係冬陰公味道嘅肉,辣辣地幾過癮幾野味,果然冇介紹錯。生菜包肉份量足,食落辣味剛剛好,食到停唔到口,一共十幾舊,好快就食哂了。金邊粉正正常常,炒得唔會話好乾身,濕濕地,不錯飲品:蝶豆花茶(左),味道淡淡的,冇咩味,不過見到餐牌介紹寫住好有益,老婆就叫咗黎試吓。椰汁冰(右),椰香味濃,甜甜地,好解渴餐牌:
