一向對港式鐵板餐情有獨鍾既我都有好多年無食到好味既鐵板牛扒。平時食飯成日行過呢間金翠,有時放假都會見到有人排下隊咁,話唔知個廚係邊間出名既茶餐廳出黎自立門戶開既。不過名氣對我無吸引力,好唔好食先係重點琴日六點幾七點黎到,唔洗等位就有卡位坐。舖面其實都幾細,menu除左牛同焗飯意粉個d就無乜其他野。不過咁都好,專心做好d牛嘛一坐低侍應就會問要咩湯。羅宋湯好夠味,但餐包翻叮太耐,個底硬晒我叫左個1855頂級西冷牛扒,雖然唔平($133),但好耐無食過咁有牛味既港式牛扒平時d茶餐廳d牛一係就”乸”到無晒味,一係就韌過柴皮。今次既西冷雖然側邊都有d筋,但叫左四成熟既肉質都唔錯。加兩蚊要生蒜,係兒時食蒜蓉汁牛扒既味道啊不過個底d薯條太咸,食完覺得個腎可能會有事牛扒餐飯後重跟一個黑加侖子味啫喱,真係好懷舊整體黎講野食唔會伏,侍應態度都好好,絕對係高質茶記下次牛扒癮起一定會再番黎!

琴日六點幾七點黎到,唔洗等位就有卡位坐。舖面其實都幾細,menu除左牛同焗飯意粉個d就無乜其他野。不過咁都好,專心做好d牛嘛

不過個底d薯條太咸,食完覺得個腎可能會有事


牛扒餐飯後重跟一個黑加侖子味啫喱,真係好懷舊


整體黎講野食唔會伏,侍應態度都好好,絕對係高質茶記
下次牛扒癮起一定會再番黎!
