To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無去葵廣行街，突然諗起小雨天既湯飯好想食，於是就去懷念一下。呢間小雨天由中學時期已經成日食，上菜算快靚正，坐底即點左3樣野，分別係凍檸茶，骨湯腐竹滑雞泡飯，骨湯豬肝上海麵同埋蒜泥白肉。3樣野食都勁大碗，勁大碟。湯底仍然咁正，雞夠滑，豬肝就一般，覺得有D過龍，上海麵就幾好食。蒜泥白肉保持水準，肥瘦均勻，我唔太食得辣，叫左小辣，有鹵水汁底，再加埋蒜蓉同芫荽,味道一流。另外叫左杯凍檸茶，茶味就偏淡。整體黎講都同以前一樣，保持水準👍🏻👍🏻
