To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日搞埋d野去食野, 由於天氣太悶熱又焗😖想食d易入口的野, 葵涌廣場去過好多次, 依個只係經過, 但始終未試過, 唔想食肉唔想食餃🤣最後揀左蠔仔🦪骨湯上海麵🍜加紹菜, 配凍🍋茶走甜, 我見雖然8点45有多, 但依然有一班客戶, 不過我自己一個😜都可以有d位比我揀下, 等左一陣凍🍋茶先來, 加7元都幾實際👍👍之後送來蠔仔🦪骨湯上海麵, 51元加10元紹菜, 今時今日晚餐, 都算叫抵食🤩, 都幾大碗, 賣相幾靚仔😻, 飲啖白白地色的骨湯😌唔係好濃味, 不過清清地又夠熱, 上海麵都比得好夠份量😸浸左d湯又幾好味😍 再食d紹菜和芫茜, 浸左d湯, 好好食🥰, 再食d蠔仔🦪, 雖然唔係比得好多, 但只只都好大只, 又鮮甜👍👍再食d肉碎, 有d甜味😻夾埋一齊好好食, 食晒好滿足, 炎熱的天氣食濕濕地的湯粉會啱d, 之後飲埋杯凍🍋茶, 都幾有茶味, 唔錯👍👍依度有下次💕🥢不過我不是在openrice選擇外賣自取, 係堂食, 所以沒有什麼優惠或回贈😜

葵涌廣場都會揀呢一間做午餐必點嘅係佢嘅小窩米線😚😚😚🌶️🌶️🌶️通常我會叫大辣，因為佢嘅辣唔係太辣，偏甜嘅湯底亦都令到成碗米線唔覺得好辣。佢嘅小窩米線有肉碎，韭菜同埋大量嘅酸菜。小雨天嘅湯底好濃郁，亦都俾佢酸菜整到有浸好香嘅酸味。 小窩米線可以加餸，通常我加雞翼，因為佢滷水好入味同埋個雞翼好滑好腍。 🤤🤤🤤我食咗好多年佢仍然維持到水準，同埋佢嘅餸菜湯料全部都煮得好入味。 價錢親民同埋食得出唔似坊間嘅酸辣米線咁樣用假嘅調味同埋味精。 😌🙌🏼

每次來葵涌廣場想坐低食個飯，都一定會諗起小雨天，又平又好味～滑雞炸醬小窩米線💰HK$48滑雞好嫩滑，係推薦必點嘅餸料之一！本身小窩米線已經有少少炸醬，不過另加炸醬會更惹味～骨湯蠔仔肉碎泡飯💰HK$51湯底清甜，好有豬肉嘅甜味！蠔仔份量都多，忍唔住食晒成碗泡飯～

今天到葵涌廣場行街，撞正黃雨，個個都留在室內，亦正值晚飯時間很多人，掃街都要排長龍，最後決定去食小雨天，等了一會兒才有位。食物平民價。我與友人分別order了骨湯紹菜牛腩上海麵、骨湯蠔仔肉碎泡飯。骨湯紹菜牛腩上海麵$51 味道尚可。骨湯蠔仔肉碎泡飯$51 的飯份量很多，蠔仔少，湯底沒有什麼味道。加了一杯凍菜蜜$7，最後埋單$109。
