To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們一行三個人,點了三個set lunch,分別是三色海鮮don(有油甘魚、吞拿魚、三文魚子),香蔥拖羅蓉飯,網燒安格斯牛。用料非常新鮮,每一塊生魚片在嘴裡都融化,尤其是吞拿魚,入口融化,至於牛肉就稍微熟了一點。份量大但同時每一個部分都做得剛好,蒸蛋份量比外面餐廳大,味道亦很好很滑。set lunch還有一杯飲料同一個抹茶mochi,我們三人捧著大肚子飽飽的離開。不過建議先看看餐牌,價格略貴,如果追求質素,值得一試!
