To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位處油麻地東方街城景國際入面嘅東南亞餐廳Amazing，食過之後真係覺得幾amazing！首先講講環境，餐廳採用日光透入嘅設計風格，俾人一種既自然又清爽嘅感覺，令鍾意光猛嘅我頓時對呢間餐廳產生咗一份好感；另外，餐廳亦加入咗唔少綠色元素，雖然未必係真植物，但係喺石屎森林入面搵到一絲森林元素都唔容易！食物方面，我嗌咗一份午市套餐：大蝦冬蔭功配海南雞飯，味道相當唔錯，個冬蔭功湯有辣味有鮮味，最得意係佢個大頭蝦浸入湯身，蝦頭連蝦腳外露，令個湯嘅賣相生色不少！！而個海南雞飯嘅雞肉都好嫩滑，份量亦唔少，加埋個「擸擸令」嘅油飯同甜品仔(應該係泰式糕點)，成個lunch真係令人好滿足！Juicy！不過亦有美中不足嘅地方：服務效率奇劣，上次嚟食嘅時候埋單時間等太耐，要催幾次先成功埋到單；而今次就係催佢上菜，又係催咗2次先嚟到，因此溫馨提示：如果趕時間就唔好嚟食，因為你預咗會等到燥底。
