To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日日返工諗食乜諗到想死，行行下見到前身係熱狗店轉咗做漢堡，本來都唔打算食，見到個名幾得意，又走去望下餐牌，竟然有鹽燒牛舌孖牛漢堡同日式炒麵漢堡，可能係我孤陋寡聞，呢兩款出面未見過，見佢唔算太貴，入去叫咗個日式炒麵漢堡，薯條同湯()，湯係麵豉湯，嘢食嚟到，麵豉湯裡面竟然有兩隻都算大嘅蜆，唔係“吉你媽”質數嘅麵豉湯，薯條當然新鮮炸起，比之前熱狗店嘅薯條更香，漢堡嘅炒麵味道剛好唔“漏”，我又後加咗個薯格，超脆，有驚喜，值得再來。
