灣仔大王東街呢邊都有好多唔同類型嘅餐廳,今晚辣癮到,想食四川烤魚見到呢間門口掛住好多紅燈籠,入面又有好多唔同嘅壁畫夠晒古色古香。叫咗個麻香花椒烤魚小辣,上枱時用一個大鍋裝住,用上原條炸清江魚,再有各種配料有大豆芽、豆卜、蓮藕、青花椒、辣椒同芫荽。最抵讚嘅係清江魚一啲都唔多骨,可以大啖大啖盡興地食。而烤過後既魚皮都彈牙香口,魚肉都仲好嫩滑。湯底麻香後勁十足,識到條脷麻痹晒好過癮。仲咗螞蟻上樹,呢款其實係肉碎炒粉絲,粉絲夠晒煙韌,味道很惹味。食咗好多辣嘢,我哋重點咗個紅糖冰粉解一解辣。上面用上白涼粉,再加好多唔同嘅果乾配料,酸酸甜甜解辣得來又好開胃,夠晒清涼。整體川菜都10分正宗味道又高質,下次都會再幫襯。
