星期六去朋友度打完麻雀就黎食好西,佢晚市開6點,我地5點9左右就去到,閘都未開但已經排緊隊,令我對黎緊嘅晚餐十分期待,等到6點2佢先開始放人入去,一坐低第一時間就係叫野食,因為一開門已經坐滿,遲叫有排冇得食最先黎係燒牛肉,中間啲肉仲有少少嫩,點埋個汁真係幾好食。跟住就係生蝦,挑曬腸,要讚,啲蝦頭都炸好黎伴碟,可惜我唔食蝦頭,愛好者應該幾鍾意,蝦size都算ok,有啲咬口。跟住就係皮蛋炸蝦餅,兩樣野我本身都鍾意食,但mix 埋食都係第一次,又幾好食喎。炒飯同金邊粉,呢2個味道都係standard 咁,冇咩驚喜。最後上炸鰂魚,個底仲要有沙律好正,條魚炸得好好,中間唔會乾,配埋辣辣地嘅沙律真係食到停唔到,下次黎一定要再食!
最先黎係燒牛肉,中間啲肉仲有少少嫩,點埋個汁真係幾好食。
