To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日喺Chicken Factory食左海南雞飯，同時叫左一支洛神花茶，整體體驗頗為滿意。海南雞飯嘅雞肉質地嫩滑，啖啖肉多汁，雞皮爽滑而不油膩，配上少許蔥花同姜蓉，味道更加豐富。飯粒煮得剛好，濕潤但不黏，帶有淡淡嘅雞油香氣，入口即溶。配菜有酸辣嘅泡菜，清新爽口，能夠解膩，非常搭配。洛神花茶係一大亮點，茶色深紅，透出陣陣酸甜香氣。入口酸中帶甜，清涼解渴，唔會過份甜膩，非常適合搭配海南雞飯呢種較重口味嘅食物。洛神花茶仲有助消化，飲完之後感覺唔會太飽滯。整體來講，Chicken Factory嘅海南雞飯同洛神花茶組合係一個值得推薦嘅選擇。不論係雞肉嘅質感，飯嘅香氣，定係茶嘅清爽，都令人印象深刻。價錢合理，性價比高，係一個休閒同享受美食嘅好地方。下次有機會，一定會再嚟品嚐其他菜式。
