心血來潮想食下鐵板牛扒,呢個係兒時回憶,細個最鍾意叫父母帶我去据扒,細個見到d 汁淋落鐵板度覺得好過癮。而家好多茶餐廳都有鐵板餐,不過我揀金鳳係因為佢主打鐵板餐,同埋裝修有d似扒房,要食就當然食專業果間。金鳳出名多人要排隊,所以我地7pm 未夠就去到,唔使等位,一到左7:15pm 左右已經全場爆滿。員工好friendly, 主動同我解釋佢地有分美式同港式鐵板,美式係塊牛無醃,牛味重d, 港式係有醃過既。然後叫我地慢慢揀,唔似出面茶記趕落單企係度俾壓力。我叫左港式鐵板牛柳,老公叫左美式西冷牛扒,我地叫5成熟,員工又好好提醒我地如果5成熟鐵板上,上到檯就變7成熟。好彩佢講講,即刻改3成熟。order 完好快就上湯同餐包,餐包大大個好軟身。羅宋湯好濃郁,少少辣,唔會好酸,超好味。到個主菜鐵板牛扒一上檯就淋汁,攤開個餐巾遮住都彈到落身少少,証明塊鐵板燒得好夠熱,正!千祈唔好著白色衫去。我地兩個都叫黑椒汁同加左蒜蓉,撈埋一齊食好惹味!我塊港式牛柳好林身,有無牛味我都唔care, 最緊要肉質唔鞋唔會趙唔開,我覺得呢個牛柳係好好食。老公塊牛係肉質爽口d,始終無醃過係比較原汁原味,貴幾十蚊絕對值得.
