To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味炒蛋早餐

到樓上睇醫生前，到這兒吃早餐。週六早上九點三，約三成客，跟weekdays 相比，完全係另一番景象！一半客人係國內自由行，亦有數名外籍遊客，進行著有關前往ocean park 討論。點了客炒蛋早餐，盛惠$20。見員工努力地用電磁爐密密炒，等了約三數分鐘。早餐有：餐包（猶如飛機餐供應的袋裝），磨菇雞肉炒蛋（磨菇好大片幾厚仲幾滑、雞肉和蛋都好滑），兩個炸迷你薯餅（好香脆，但幾油膩）、熱鴛鴦（好味）份量唔少，味道唔差，價錢唔算貴，絕對有下次。另：點餐其間，國內同胞「搶、擠、迫、推、吵鬧不休」地落order，相當擾民！
