探完兩個靚仔,今次是第一次由好朋友帶來這燒鵝店鋪 “能記“,看看招牌,好有懷舊感覺,五六十年代先會這麼製作吧,現在要搵師傅識做,我估都難,深井燒鵝,有好幾間出名老店,我們點了 燒鵝,燒鵝,肉質肉汁鬆軟入味,非常美味,比起其他有名氣店絕對不差,熱騰騰上檯又已經加分,可以推薦, 掌翼尚算肥美,但太硬,如果煮久一點,入味多些就更佳,鹵水汁亦不見出色,普普通通。鮮魷粉絲,新鮮,咬一啖,彈牙,推介菜,膽固醇,一碟幾個人分享就啱㗎啦。鹽水豆腐,師傅掌控時間差一點,久了一點才在炸鑊離油,令豆腐轉乾。豬頸肉,入味又鬆軟,好味道。豆豉鯪魚油蜜菜 ,足料,唔錯。
