To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

王牌冰室係一間我經常都會午餐時候幫襯嘅茶餐廳，我特別鍾意佢嘅燒味飯，，係而家少數有得揀燻趾做其中一個餸嘅燒味飯。除咗燻蹄之外，佢嘅叉燒油雞都好唔錯。作為午餐一個set lunch佢仲會送埋例湯同埋餐飲，而且份量亦都好多絕對夠飽。另外佢有一個金牌叉燒滑蛋飯係常餐其中一個項目，我亦都非常之推介。啲蛋好滑一啲都唔老，同叉燒嘅配合亦都好match • 再加上佢會跟少少沙律菜，中西合璧，都幾開胃，難怪午飯時間會排曬隊！
