今日我去咗位於銅鑼灣嘅黑門水產,主要食佢哋嘅燒海鮮。首先,我嚟到呢度唔可以錯過嘅係北海道飛魚全條刺身。佢係用新鮮嘅北海道飛魚切成條狀,新鮮度極高。刺都帶有鮮味。接著,我試咗黑門水產嘅極上大漁貝燒,入面有新鮮嘅蠔、蝦同帆立貝。佢哋係用高溫火燒烤,內裡仍然保持著鮮嫩多汁。每一口都帶有豐富嘅海鮮風味,特別係蠔嘅鮮甜味。繼續試嚐下一款磯燒鮑魚。鮑魚經過精心燒烤,肉質鮮嫩,帶有淡淡嘅炭燒香氣。每一口咬落去都好有嚼勁,鮮味十足。然後蟹油蒜磯燒岩手蠔:岩手蠔係用燒烤爐燒烤,灑上濃郁嘅蟹油同香脆嘅蒜末。岩手蠔本身鮮甜多汁,再加上蟹油同蒜味嘅提升,味道真係絕佳。接下來磯燒大虎海老,大虎海老好爽口,肉質鮮甜。最後,我試嚐咗海苔洒盜燒帆立貝同黑門令蟹味噌甲羅燒。帆立貝有海苔及菇,口感豐富。而黑門令蟹味噌甲羅燒則以蟹味噌作為調味料,令帆立貝更加豐富嘅風味。兩者結合起來,味道更加出眾。難忘。如果你鐘意燒海鮮,一定要去黑門水產試下啦!
