To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同我很久不見的朋友，約了去深水埗聚會，走了很久也不知道吃什麼，忽然想起以前我們讀書時吃的牛腩麵。然後上網看看，發現原來附近有一間幾出名嘅牛腩麵。然後行了入去吃。真的不錯滿好吃的。我點了清湯牛腩麵。我很懷念吖。讀書時，午餐我滿常吃學校附近的清湯腩。不過我朋友點的牛雜麵好像更加吸引。我偷吃了，真的牛雜都沒有那種牛的臭味。清湯腩，真的很少見這麼如吃。價錢也不錢。工作人員都幾有香港特色，聲大大。哈哈。。。。
