幫林昌記打響名堂嘅一定係兩三年前嘅深水埗桂林夜市!我亦係夜市人龍中嘅其中一人!今日再食,同當年喺夜市食嘅味道一樣,魚蛋無因為出咗名而質素下降!雖然佢亦有賣咖哩魚蛋(白魚蛋加咖哩汁),但我還是比較喜歡食油炸原味白魚蛋,外層有一點點嘅炸油包裹住,有油香味,但食落唔會有油膩嘅感覺,魚蛋好有魚味,而且好彈牙!就咁食已經好好味,不過我就鍾意加埋辣椒油一齊食,比較惹味啲!
